We'll conduct due diligence to confirm the building area based on the land.

Hire a surveyor to produce a construction survey.
4.
Meet with our expert architect to discuss your layout, budget, and more.
5.
Confirm the conceptual design and decide if you need additional floor space.
6.
Our architect will apply for the committee of adjustment if needed.
7.
Retain a structural and mechanical engineer for the project.
8.
We'll produce all the necessary building, structural, and mechanical permit drawings.
9.
Our architect will submit the building permit to the municipal authority.
10.
While waiting for municipal review, we'll prepare a materials selection list for both the exterior and interior.
11.
Our builder will prepare a detailed construction cost based on the building permit package and material selection list.
12.
We'll work with you to adjust the material selection to meet your budget and expectations.
13.
Once the building permit is issued, construction can begin!
14.
Our builder will update the construction schedule based on progress, and you'll pay construction fees based on that progress.
15.
Our architect and engineer will provide additional drawings as needed.
16.
We'll check for any deficiencies before occupancy.
17.
Our builder will fix any deficiencies.
18.
We'll coordinate with the city inspector for a final inspection

We'll explain our warranty policy.
20.
